Dear Lolo
According to the SA Glycemic Index & Load Guide, Weetbix has a high GI of 70, compared to All-Bran or High-fibre Bran which has a low GI of 43. If you add low-fat milk or yoghurt, plus some dried fruit like 1 T of raisins or a few nuts to your breakfast cereal you will lower the GI of the meal even further which should keep you feeling satisfied for longer.
Best regards
