Question

Is this something serious?

Hi CyberDoc

I am 21 years old. I have been having " pellet-poo"  on an on-and-off basis for the past month or two. Is this normal? Anything to be concerned about?

Thank you!

Hallo Stressed
It could be due to stress or dietary habits. Try to drink enough water (8 glasses a day) and you can use Duphalac 10-15ml at night as a stool softener. Also eat lots of fruit and wholewheat products.
