Is this serious?

Age: 29
Weight: 100 (overweight)
Height: 1.69

For the 2nd time in a space of 2 months has the following been happening to me:
1. Tingly sensation on my fingertips which sometimes feels sore when pressed.
2. Lightheaded at certain times but not too common
3. Terrible chest pains that last for about 1 minute (twice only) - during that period I would struggle to breath a little.
4. Sore arm and back muscles
5. Tiredness
I do not experience any sweating and I am trying to quit smoking

Could this be signs of a stroke or heartattack?
