Is the Contraceptive Pill hazardous?

id like to know 2 things:
1) does long-term use of the contraceptive pill (minerva, diane) have any negative effects on reproductive abilities? will i struggle to fall pregant once i stop taking it?
2) how risky is it (in terms of falling pregnant) if i fail to take my pill for 2-3 consecutive days? is there anyway that i can " catch up"  to mitigate the possibility of pregnancy i.e. take an extra pill the next day?

1. No, you should not battle to fall pregnant
2. If you skip a pill, the risk of falling pregnant increase. In case of this the 7-day rule is advised
