is it dat bad?

hi, i started jogging n dieting on the first of september in a bid to lose 6kgs. the problem is weekends. i eat out but i try not to go overboard. monday to friday im jogging n eating healthy with no problem. can this cause me not to lose weight? im worried.

If you eat and drink high-energy foods over the weekend so that this counteracts your prudent eating and exercise during the week, you may well be undermining your efforts. Try and stick to sensible meals over the weekend like grilled fish or lean steak with plain salads and drink only soda water or bottled water for 3 weeks and let's see if you can't lose those 6 kg.
