Dear Fatty Boom Boom
All foods if eaten in excess are potentially fattening. Ice cream (regular with a 10% butter fat content), contains approx. 847 kJ, 10.8 g of fat and 45 mg of cholesterol per 100g. Find out how much the 2 ice creams weigh and calculate their kJ, fat and cholesterol content - this will demonstrate that ice cream can indeed be fattening and should be eaten in moderation.
