Is an irreversible abdominal stoma a disability?

I have an irreversible abdominal stoma as a result of rectal cancer that was removed, is a permanent stoma a disability?

A permanent stoma can be seen as a disability. You should consult your state funded clinic for an examination and evaluation to determine if it is a disability.
