Irritation of the uterus

I have an irritable uterus and I am 8 months pregnant. Can orgasm bring on labour contractions?
Also, what will have to be the birth procedure if baby does not engage?

Orgasm does not cause contractions, but sex can. This is due to the effect of the sperm on the uterus.
There is still time for the head to engage. If it does not engage by term, a caesarean would probably be necessary.
