Irregular periods or not?

Hi doc. I used to have a perfect 28 day cycle, it was literally like clockwork.. I struggled to conceive my child, but after I gave birth my period has never been the same again:

Every single month it would start on a different timeline, some months it would be a 24 day cycle, others a 28 day cycle, with the longest being a 30 day cycle. No 2 months are the same, and it varies mostly between 24 and 28 days. Not one month in the last year has been consistent with the previous month. I suspected pregnancy this month as I had very light brown discharge on day 22, and it is now day 25 and my period is here again.

Can I assume that my periods are irregular? Or is the average spacing between each cycle (even though each month differs) more or less consistent with a normal cycle?

Your cycle would be regarded as normal. Many women do not have an exact cycle, but a variation within a few days.
