Irregular periods &  migraine

42 Years old, using no contraception, migraine for 3 days with every period. Period irregular, every 6 - 7 weeks.
Lately I am extremely lightheaded, feeling of weakness, quivering, sweating for short period, heart palpitations during the 3 days I have migraine - all during first 3 days of my period. These symptoms are starting to interfere with my work and daily activity. What could it be?
