Irregular cycles

I have long and irregular cycles. Some cycles can last three months before I menstruate. I have fallen pregnant naturally twice and have two boys. I would like to know if it is possible for me to conceive a girl as I cannot time ovulation to use a Shettle method. Will making my body more acidic aid in the conception of a girl. Is there any other methods I can try?

Unfortunately not. Even with the most regular cycle, the chances of trying for one sex are not very reliable.
