Hallo Shasha
Iron deficiency can be caused by losing iron through bleeding ( peptic ulcer, excessive menstruation, bleeding in the colon) or because you don't absorb iron, or because you don't get enough iron in with your diet (strict vegetarians for example) Low blood pressure can be caused by medications, heart disease, dehydration, bleeding, some inflammations like pancreatitis, autonomic nervous system disorders, vomiting and diarrhoea

Are you female? Then you will need iron. You will not die from llow blood pressure. May be dizzy.
