the above mentioned person worked for  bona terra trust,babanango,when he leg were amputated.the employer dated on WCL 2 ( 6/1/2006 )WERE IT SHOULD OF BEEN THE 6 FEBRUARY 2006.on 13 january 2010 the employer were again approach too complete a NEW WCL 2.(outstanding document)mr gerrit viljoen REFUSED.
What can i do about this situation.
