Inverted nipples

My son has just turned 13years old. He is slightly overweight but has inverted nipples. Will this change as he gets older as it is most embarrasing for him?

Hallo Sue
Inverted nipples are caused by tight fibrous bands that pull the nipple inside. It may help to gently massage the nipple to stretch the tissue. Alternatively a correction operation can be done, but I'll give it some time as it may correct with time.
