It seems that there is a huge success with intralipid drips and IVF, especially for unexplained infertility but it' s not readily available in SA, why is that?

Dear Marion

The use of Intralipids in routine IVF treatment is not recommended. The entity of unexplained infertility is open to abuse and placebo effects are shown to be a major factor. There is no scientific proof pf the value of Intralipids treatment for IVF, which directly impacts on pregnancy rates.
