Intense fear in pregnancy

Hi I am 27 years old and 14 weeks pregnant and I have extreme anxiety for my baby' s health. I am trying not to stress but I have sleepless nights worrying that my baby wont be normal. what are the risks?? Is it normal to be worried about the baby' s health.

It is normal to worry about the baby. Probably when you start feeling movements, you will fell better.

Best wishes
