insomnia

Sleep: average 2-3nights per week for past 4 years since I became 45. Inability to even nap.

The definition of insomnia is a nighttime problem - which you obviously have - WITH a daytime problem. If you are functioning well during the day, you are just a normal short sleeper. If not, you need to see a sleep doctor.
