Dear Danesha

There are many injections to help you ovulate without doing the whole IVF however these injections are the same ones that are used in an IVF cycle. If everything else is normal that is the fallopian tubes are patent and the sperm test is normal and if in your particular case only ovulation is the problem then there tablets available that also will help you to ovulate. The most common of these tablets is Clomiphene Citrate however it should be taken with the guidance of a medical practitioner.
