U can use vaginal pessaries or cream. Use canasten 500 mg single dose pessary at night. Stay in bed for at least 4 hours. Or if ir is a recurrent problem u can use a single tablet of gluconazole 150 mg. Yeast infection, candidiasis, can be caused by many things. Broad spectrum antibiotics, diabetes, low immunity, pregnancy and can even occur with no precipitating factors. But it is not sexually transmittef usually.
