I would like to ask for help with incontinence, what advice is there, etc

Incontinence could be caused by various factors - a weak bladder valve, an irritable bladder muscle, damage to the bladder after operation or childbirth. You should be examined by an urologist - they need to determine the cause to be able to treat it correctly. See also
