Incontinence

What cause incontinence. I sometimes experience the voluntary passing of urine. Is this common? Please help

I presume you mean involuntary passing of urine. There are differnt causes. After childbirth there can be dropping down of the bladder neck which causes incontinence if you cough or sneeze. Also an irritable bladder can cause you to have to rush to the toilet and you may wet yourself if you don't get there in time.
