Greetings

Generally, first choice is in-patient treatment, as you can focus completely on your recovery, without messy outside influences.

Only under the most difficult circumstances should one consider out-patient treatment.

The success rate for in-patient treatment is also much higher. Addiction is a complicated issue and needs focussed intervention and treatment.

To know if you personally need in-patient or out-patient treatment, you will need an assessment.

You can email ruby@harmonyclinic.co.za or you can invest in your future and keep it simple: go for a 28-day in-patient treatment option.
