Hi Doc
My wife had breast implants done about 7 years ago, we want to start a family, how will this affect her breastfeeding, do they need to be removed for her to breast feed?

Hallo Bruce
No it will not affect her breastfeeding and need not be removed - it is implanted behind the gland tissue of the breast.
