I''m Devastated

Hi CyberDoc. I''ve just done a Discovery Health check up and it worked out my age as 40... I''m 27. It takes BMI, cholesterol, glucose and lots more into consideration. Obviously I know I''m overweight, but I honestly thought I was healthy overall... obviously not. This has motivated me and has given me a HUGE wake-up call. I wanted to ask you - where can one go for tests that show what foods are " not right"  for you? What sort of tests are they? Sometimes I wake up in the morning and it looks like I''m pregnant, other times my stomach looks " flat"  . It must come down to what I''m eating and specific items that just don''t agree with me. I really need help and am feeling quite devastated after all this... Thanks
