Illness &  pregnancy

Im 5 months pregnant &  have been suffering with flu like symptoms &  a tight chest for the past few days. No pharmacy wants to give me anything &  the doctor says he cant help me much, what do i do? Im extremely tired &  my family thinks Im overreacting
