Ideal meal plan to desired weight

All recommended diets appear to be the same (in content and portion size)whether you are a male,20kg plus overweight and 2m tall and is physically active or a female and 20kg overweight, 1.5m tall and inactive. surely one should have a " meal plan' (not diet)according to your ideal weight and height and activity level? if so, where can one access such info?

Dear Richard
If you require an individual diet to be worked out for yourself then you will need to consult a clinical dietitian (visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area), who will take your individual characteristics into account. This is not something I can do for you over the Internet. The slimming diets on the Internet are provided as general guidelines.
Best regards
