Dear Desperate Mom

I would suggest that you go through even further investigations since there must be a rational explanation for your failure to conceive after such a long time. If all else fails and the problem remain unexplained I would then recommend a simple in-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure. This may detect fertilization problems arising between the sperm and egg or may give one an indication of if there are embryo related or implantation problems and these can all be dealt with at the appropriated level.
