I have found no evidence that a hysterectomy will assist with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. The treatment prescribe for PMDD is exercise and a well balanced healthy diet and supplementation with Vitamin B6. Some anti-depressant (SSRI's) have been found to alleviate symptoms. You can consult your doctor for a prescription.
