Hypothyriodism / excersising

Suffer from Hyothyriodism. Feel dizzy when excersising and lack energy. What excersises will be best?

Hi Erica,

Firstly, see a dietician for a good eating plan...
Secondly, do low-mild intensity workouts and have adequate rest periods between exercises. Abstain from doing exercises which require you to lie down for a long time on the mat (ab exercises) and also exercises that require you to lift your arms above shoulders. I wouldnt advise too many squats as the 'up-and-down' phase can make you dizzy.
