Hypnagogic myoclonic twitch

I have the " Hypnagogic myoclonic"  twitch or " hypnic jerk"  happen to me a couple of times a week. Is there something I can do about it?

This jerking movement is a common natural occurence and most specialists agree that it is a natural part of the sleeping process.
