Hallo Johnny
If your blood pressure is being effectively treated you can do body building - carefully. You should not lift overly heavy weights which will cause increased pressure in the brain when you strain, and you should be careful not to take supplements that will cause increased blood pressure like ephedrine. For your blood pressure it is good to follow a cardio routine as it helps to bring it down.
