hypertension

recently i have been daignoised with hypertension my B.P is 150/92 it was little more also before. should i start taking the medicine now or can i control with diet and exercise because i heard that if i start the medicine once then i will have to continue for life time?

You can try and control it with diet and exercise but you will have to monitor it daily under the supervision of your doctor. If it does not work, you will have to take the anti-hypertension medication, as hypertension has a lot of serious side effects and using the medication will lower your risk considerably.
