Hypertension

I' m 63 + recently retired from my work. I' ve been using Ziak2.5mg for 3 yrs now but had to downgrade my med. aid when I went on pension. I can' t get Ziak on my med. aid anymore so I' m now using a homeopathic remedy (drops). For the past month my blood press. has been a costant 130 / 80. Is this acceptable? I have it checked once a week at the pharmacy + the sister says it' s perfectly ok.

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

A blood pressure of 130/80 is a good reading. Remember to keep to a healthy diet and regular exercise.
