You indicated to use 1 teaspoon of honey with my high bloodpressure tablets and it works well. Only concern is: won't the honey give me diabetes?

One teaspoon of honey per day won't cause diabetes - has the same calories as one teaspoon of sugar.

Honey can never be bad for you..the good qualities of honey overweighgs any bad. Dont think i ever heard of honey not being good for you.
