Hurting knees

Dear Fitness expert
I go 2 gym 3 to 4 times per week n do spinning &  aerobic (kick) classes n circuit training. My knees realli hurt, m not sure if theres something m doing wrong. Pls advise.

HI Anon,

This can be for a number of reasons:
- incorrect footwear
- hard surfaces
- increase angles on your knees when exercising
- exertful exercises
- lots of pressure and weight bearing on your feet and knees

Please see a Biokineticist as they can do physical tests and advise further...
Hard for me to say do this and dont do this, I'm online :)
