Hurlers Syndrome, Mucopolysaccharidosis

Good Day, I need some info my nephew was diagnosed with hurlers syndrome and is 4yrs old. Can a bone marrow transplant be done in SA to help him or do we have to go oversea(America) for help? If there is help in SA could you perhaps recommend someone. We are living in PE.
