huntingtons

My girlfriends father and sister have passed away from huntingtons, her last sibling has also got huntingtons, so far she is clear, she is in her early thirties, and wants to get married and have kids, I' m concered about about having kids because of how badly it has affected her family, is there still a good chance she will get and huntingtons and is there a good chance it will be passed on to our kids if we have kids? I love her and will marry her and stay with her no matter what, but need to know and understand more
