Dear Hellen
There can be many different reasons for the hollow feeling some people experience after eating even when their stomach is full. If this feeling should be accompanied by pain and acidity, then you may have gastritis or an ulcer. Please have a medical checkup in such a case because excess stomach acid needs to be treated. Other possible causes include problems with your insulin levels or a learned reaction linked to psychological needs (e.g. comfort eating).

Hi Hellen

I suffer from frequent hunger pangs as well. Its possible there is a deeper reason that your body is receiving " hunger signals"  as a form of protecting itself. Are you perhaps suffering from anxiety or stress?
