Hubby passed on –  Can I claim from his Three times annual Salary

My hubby passed on and he didn’ t have any pension or funds to that matter. We were married in community of property. The only money he received is after dead –  Three times annual salary –  he has put it on his sister and child name, not my child –  from another woman –  R700.000, under the financial advisers, but paid by his employer, all his policies are under his sister’ s name. The R700.000 has been split between the sister and the child (14 yr old). I will receive nothing –  I used my money and expenses to bury him and a lost a lot of money  I went to see my lawyer and was advised that if he stated that the money goes to them, I will not be able to fight since he signed the documents. We were not divorces but separated, due to problems and his financial irresponsibility, our house got repossessed.
