HRT

I am 53 years old and not on a medical scheme. I was on Premarin for 18 years but stopped 2 years ago. I am getting hot flushes at the moment and wants to go back on Premarin but it''s too expensive to go a docter and to pay the full price for Premarin. Is there anything else that I can use instead and do I have to have a prescription from a doctor to get Premarin over the counter

In terms of HRT, there isn't really a cheaper option. You do need a prescription for Premarin.
