HPV vaccine for 43 year old

I have recently discovered that my husband has HPV warts (we are waiting on the result of which strain). Can I get a vaccine, i am 43 years old. And can I get a blood test to ascertain if i have it. (we weren''t having sex when the very small warts appeared on his penis.
