I m 26year old n my weight s 45. pls tell me how to improve my weight

Are you exercising or gyming?

You would need to do some hypertrophy (not body building)...

Increase in load, decrease reps, increase sets. All global muscle groups.

I would advise having 4 meals per day (healthy eating plan - consult dietician)
