how to drain eustatia tube from fluid build up

The doctor gave me Nasonex, I don''t see how that will help drain fluid buid-up, that is what he said my problem is. (build up of fluid from eustatia tube)

I read that I may need anti-biotics?

Yes, I do agree that you might need antibiotics. Nasonex is a corticosteroid nasal spray that will assist to alleviate inflammation of the eustatia tube, thus alleviating the fluid build up in the inner ear.
