Dear Flea
Teenage girls require 9200 kJ per day of which 10% should be provided by protein and 60% by carbohydrates, thus 55 g protein and 330 g carbs, plus 70 g healthy fats. Young girls are particularly prone to developing calcium and iron deficiencies, so encourage her to eat as varied a diet as possible.
