Dear Me
Whew you really are busy and probably use up plenty of energy just running around all day with your work, the children and the studies. Generally speaking an intake of about 1800 to 2000 kcal per day is recommended for adult women who do not want to lose weight. You have a good BMI of 22,7, so you don't need to lose weight.
Keep up the exercises because they will help to firm and tone your body and even help you relax from your busy schedule.
Best regards
