Our expert says:
A sensitive blood quantitative pregnancy test may be done 10 days after ovulation or in a regular 28 day cycle it can be done on day-25 or day-26 and an early pregnancy may thus be detected. The urine pregnancy test may be positive from 14 days after ovulation or the equivalent of the first missed cycle day.
