House issue

My ex husband and I were married in COP and bought a house, we agreed not to sell the house and that I and the kids would stay there and I would continue to pay the bond and rates ect, but the house would remain in both our names. He is now re-married, can he leave his half of the house to his new wife should anything happen to him?

Unfortunately his share in the house now falls in his own estate and therefore he can deal with his assets any way he wish.
