Hot Flushes

I have started getting hot flushes at the age of 38 (now 39) and it is getting worse. I have no other common symptoms of pre/ or menopause. Please advise what could work effectively and quickly. Thanks.

HRT would work, but I would suggest that you have your hormones checked first.
