Hormones and Femigel

Ive been taking Femigel (pump) for about 2years now. I started on one squirt a day. My hormone levels were tested about a year ago and my GP suggested I increase it to 2 squirts a day. Ive been doing that for a year. Must I go for another hormone test? Ive had a full hysterectomy. Also can hormones affect blood pressure?
