Our expert says:
Any competent doctor should be able to positively duagnose Anxiety Disorder in almost every situation, without ANT blood tests at all. Hormone imbalances do not cause anxiety disorder, and I'm sure the tests you had done would have checked your thyroid hormone levels which are the only ones that might even faintly possibly cause symptoms like anxiety - but even then, if and when they do, they cause so many other very obvious symptoms, one does't need a blood test to check, merely to confirm the diagnosis.
So its really not at all likely that your anxiety symptoms are caused by anything except anxiety disorder, which is very typical and very common. It usually responds well to either or both of two forms of treatment - drugs also used to treat depression, and/or CBT, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy a specific form of psychotherapy ( talking therapy ) which can be highly effective.
Its misleading to spend too much effort trying to find some physical cause for such a common psychological problem, which usually responds so well to the standard treatments.
